Joseph Carlos serves as Associate Director for College Programs, with a particular focus on managing and cultivating college partnerships, program development and marketing, and strategic planning and partnerships.
Before joining CSO, Carlos worked at Morehouse College, where he was the Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment for American South and Eastern Shores. He was responsible for recruiting in the southwest, southeast and the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia area.
Carlos grew up in Dallas, TX, and is a graduate of Morehouse College with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. During his time at Morehouse, he was actively involved with the Morehouse Student Government Association, the student senate, and the campus newspaper, The Maroon Tiger.
Carlos remains actively involved with The Continuum Foundation and the Morehouse College National Alumni Association.
